If you are struggling or feel stuck in some area of your life, I am experienced in helping people heal, recover, revitalize, and transform their lives. I have worked in multiple treatment centers for addiction, both Substance Use Disorders and Eating Disorders, including treating other compulsive behaviors, such as gambling, shopping, self-harm, co-dependency, etc. I have also been providing therapy for people suffering from mental health conditions, and people with trauma, grief, anger management issues, stress management issues, struggles related to pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum, self-esteem issues, and many other life challenges. I use an eclectic approach that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotional Transformation Therapy, and components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It is my goal to help clients find their inner strength and capacity for healing. I am a believer that life is meant to be purposeful and celebrated, not suffered through. I provide a safe, judgment free zone in which I can help clients build the coping skills they need to overcome their challenges, move toward their values, and enrich their lives.

I believe that the counselor-client relationship is a journey of connection and a reciprocal dynamic of sharing, receiving, understanding, and commencing action. I want to help you tap into your ability to: gain independence from the things that are holding you back; find hope, healing, and stability; reignite your passion for life; accomplish your goals; connect with your purpose; and improve your relationships.
